Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be intact, exactly as the product was received.

There must only be normal wear resulting from proper handling of the product; damage caused by careless use is not accepted.

Products where hygiene is important must be completely clean before being returned.

The product must show a defect identified immediately after receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, it will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged due to misuse.
How do I return my order?

- Photo of the product in case of damage or defects
- Full name of the customer
- Customer address
We will contact you to provide the correct return address.
Please do not send the return to the original sender, as the correct address will be provided after your request.
You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.
CANCELLATION (WITHDRAWAL RIGHT)
The consumer has the right to cancel in accordance with applicable legislation, provided the contract is not primarily related to commercial or professional activities.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The cancellation period is 14 days from the receipt or acceptance of the last goods by you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.

As our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately and it is not possible to interrupt dispatch once the order has been placed. Therefore, cancellation after dispatch is not possible.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us clearly (e.g., by email) of your decision.

The cancellation will be finalised once the product has been received by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Goods in transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be long and beyond our control. If the product is already on its way, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you receive the item and then proceed with a return. You may still notify us in advance of your intention to cancel. To speed up the process, please provide proof of return shipment.
Consequences of cancellation
If the cancellation is accepted, we will refund all payments received, except for delivery costs (unless you chose a delivery option other than the standard option).
The refund will be processed without delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive both the cancellation notice and the returned product.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, with no additional fees for you.
