Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Maeve & Tara is very simple. Once you add an item to your basket, you can complete your purchase by clicking “Place Order”.
You can easily complete the checkout process after logging in automatically. You will be guided through a three-step checkout process (address → payment method → confirmation) to finalise your order.
You may also place an order without creating a customer account. Simply click “Continue” on the registration form and proceed through the same three-step checkout process (your details → payment → order confirmation).
What happens after my order is completed?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ordered items, delivery and billing addresses, and the selected payment method.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I cancel my order if it has not yet been shipped?
Cancellation is possible if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. As our warehouse processes orders very quickly, it may sometimes not be possible to cancel an order, even after a few minutes.
The fastest way is to access the corresponding order in your customer account and select the cancellation option. Please note that you may only request cancellation of all items within a scheduled delivery.
If you wish to cancel all items in your order, but it has been divided into several scheduled deliveries, you must request cancellation for each scheduled delivery separately.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a specific item from a scheduled delivery.
After your request, you will receive a separate email informing you of the status of your cancellation request.
Is there a minimum order value?
In principle, there is no minimum order value in our online store. However, there may be a minimum value for certain payment methods; you will be informed of this during the checkout process.
Is something missing from my order?
Please contact us directly via email at info@maeveandtara.com and provide important information such as your shipping label, etc. The more complete the information, the faster we will be able to identify and resolve the issue.
What should I do if something goes wrong with my order?
Please contact us via email at info@maeveandtara.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and attach any necessary photos.

What is the delivery time?
As a rule, we deliver immediately available items within 5 to 8 business days.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email you received.
If you cannot find the confirmation email in your inbox, it is probably in your spam folder.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking updates may be delayed when the parcel:
- Is held up due to force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, shipping restrictions, strikes, etc.
- Is subject to local customs procedures.
Why does my order appear as delivered before I have received it?
If you have not received your item(s):
- Check whether your shipping address is incorrect;
- Contact the delivery carrier;
- Check your mailbox or ask neighbours whether they accepted the parcel on your behalf;
- In rare cases, parcels may be marked as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
If you still have not received your item within 3 business days after delivery status, please email info@maeveandtara.com (including your order number and the reason).
Why is my order being returned to sender or refused?
An order may be returned to sender or refused for any of the following reasons:
- Invalid address or missing information;
- The carrier is unable to deliver your parcel;
- The order is refused by the customer upon delivery.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered items if the address provided at checkout was incorrect.
What can I do if the tracking service indicates that my parcel was not delivered?
If you discover that your order has not been delivered, please check the delivery address information in your confirmation email.
If the address is correct, we recommend first contacting the logistics company, as this is the most effective way to locate your parcel and arrange a new delivery.
How can I make sure my order was completed correctly?
If you created a customer account, you can log into the website and view your orders in the “Orders” section.

Which delivery services will ship my parcel?
We ship our products in cooperation with our trusted shipping partners.
Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?
Of course. You may receive your order at a different address from your billing address, such as your workplace or a collection point, by selecting one of the available payment methods and entering the delivery address in the “Delivery Address” section.
Can I change the delivery address of my confirmed order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address afterwards.
If the delivery address cannot be found or your order cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the corresponding amount using the payment method selected when placing the order.
Returns & Refunds
How do I send a return?
If your order is eligible for return, please follow these steps to start the return process:
- Send an email through the “Contact” section of the website.
- Make sure your email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product if it is damaged
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s address
We will contact you with the return address.
How long does it normally take to receive my refund?
As soon as we receive and inspect the returned products, you will receive your refund up to the invoice amount within 14 days, using the payment method selected when placing your order.
Will shipping costs be refunded if I return my order?
You will receive a full refund of your order if you return it in full.
What can I do if my item is damaged during transport?
If an item delivered by us is damaged, defective or does not correspond to your needs, you may naturally submit a complaint and return it free of charge through the returns form.
You will find all necessary information regarding returns in the section “How do I send a return?”.
How long do I have to return an item?
At Isadora Vale, you may return ordered items within 30 days after receiving your order.

Please note that returns made by post are processed more quickly than returns made via a collection/drop-off point.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are always issued using the selected payment method.
If you paid by credit card, we will refund the value of the returned items directly to your credit card account.
